These honestly work so good, I was worried it wouldn’t work because the first day we didn’t really see anything. As it has set for a few days it was picked up more and more. We’ve had neighbors move in to the house beside us and everytime someone moves in or out we always end up with these critters. We have sprayed professional grade spray but these traps works for inside cabinets or laundry rooms etc. they have no smell to them, they’re pretty sticky and it’s honestly great value for so many!
Easy to use, non-toxic, and the 12-pack is great value. A must-have for pest control!
They have definitely helped rid my house of unwanted bugs.
These Insect Sticky Traps are safe, easy to use, and highly effective. I caught a German roach within just a few days, and when I checked the next day, its babies were trapped too — the adhesive is impressively strong and works even at the edges. Setup is simple: just peel off the protective film, place the trap where needed, and toss it when it’s full. They’re very convenient, and I appreciate that I don’t have to touch the insects at all. The only small drawback is that the printed instructions could be a bit clearer, but once you figure it out, the traps are straightforward to use. Overall, a reliable, hassle-free way to keep insects under control at home.
What I like about these Insect Sticky Traps:
- safe to use in our home
- simple to use. I improvised a bit, and cut away most of the traps, leaving just the flat part that had the adhesive. Then, I placed the traps in various areas.
- convenient to use: when the trap gets full of insects, I throw the trap away and put a new one in its place
- each trap has the adhesive area wrapped. When I am ready to use one, I peel away the protection film to expose the adhesive area
- I can twin-split one trap to put each half in a narrow area. Works great right behind our washer/dryer.
What could be improved:
- although each trap has step-by-step instructions printed on the trap on how to assemble this product, the illustrations are a bit vague. It took me awhile to figure out how to assemble a trap.
note: I assembled one trap to see how it looked; but, when I used a trap, I only kept the part of the trap that had the adhesive, leaving it flat near areas where we typically find insects
Overall, I already see the trap being effective, as it's caught a roach in just a few days of use. The adhesive seems strong, as the roach got stuck at the outer edge of the trap and couldn't even make it to the center of the trap.
I bought these traps because I wanted a simple way to deal with occasional pests in my home. My expectation was to set them up and see results quickly, especially since I had seen a few bugs around.
I really like how these traps can be split into smaller ones. It allows me to place them in tight spots where pests like to hide. Setting them up was straightforward and messy cleanup is not a worry since they have a no-contact disposal feature. Plus, having 12 traps gives me flexibility in coverage around my apartment.
However, I was a bit disappointed by the bait situation. There weren't enough bait packets for all the traps, leading me to have to split some up. While I did catch a few pests eventually, it took longer than I hoped and I was unsure at first if they would be effective.
Pros:
- Easy to use
- Multiple traps offered
- No mess disposal
Cons:
- Insufficient bait packets
- Initial effectiveness was slow
FAQ
Q: Is this roach trap safe for homes with kids and pets?
A: Yes. It's a pesticide-free, odor-free, glue-based trap. All insects are caught inside the box so they're not exposed. Just place it where kids and pets can't easily reach — under appliances, behind furniture, or inside cabinets.
Q: Where should I place it to get the best result?
A: Place it along walls, under sinks, behind appliances, inside cabinets, and near trash cans — basically where you've seen roach activity. Keep the trap opening touching the wall because roaches like to walk along edges. That's where they naturally travel.
Q: How long does one trap last?
A: Replace when the glue surface is full, dusty, or after 1–2 months of use. With 12 traps in the pack, you can cover multiple spots around your home or monitor for several months without reordering.
Q: Will it also catch other bugs?
A: Yes. It can also catch spiders, crickets, silverfish, and other small crawling insects. Anything that walks across the sticky surface gets trapped.
Q: Do I have to touch the roaches when throwing it away?
A: No. Just fold or close the trap and toss it in the trash — no contact needed. Everything stays sealed inside the box.
Q: Can I trim or fold it to fit narrow spaces?
A: Yes, you can trim or fold it to fit tight spots — just keep at least one entry opening so roaches can still get in. This makes it flexible for hard-to-reach areas.
